AKTS-Thermokinetics software, your specialist in solid state kinetic analysis and thermal stability of materials

DSC, HFC, DTA, TGA, EGA, (TG-MS, TG-FTIR), TMA

The main goal of AKTS is the solid state kinetic analysis of TGA, DTA, DSC, TMA and EGA (TG-MS, TG-FTIR) data for the analysis of raw materials and products within the scope of research, development and quality assurance. Determination of the kinetic parameters is used for the prediction of the reaction progress. We predict at what temperatures and how long materials can be utilized without prejudicial deterioration. Even overlapped multi-step processes can be well simulated and predicted.

Key applications for thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermomechanical analysis (TMA), evolved gas analysis (EGA, TG-MS and TG-FTIR) are found in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, the rubber, plastics and paint industry, for metallurgy, ceramics, self-reactive chemicals and explosives and thermal hazards for dangerous goods.
